This track was started by Olly creating a heart beat on the drums. I wanted to play around with the idea of having a positive tune with negative lyrics. So I wrote about heavy hearts and leaky roofs. This song makes you want to get back up when you've finally been broken but it also makes you want to lie and the floor and cry. Maybe do both...
